The Restaurant inside is open from the 1971, with high culinary standards and moderate prices, spacing from the traditional dishes of Salento to the international specialties (it was the first one to make the “Tenderloin Wellington” and the “Beef Stroganoff”). In those 40 years have been celebrated here more than 800 weddings, and in 2008 we have achieved a very important award: the restaurant has been added inside the “365 Best Italian Restaurants” book.
The chef Luciano will be pleased to tell you the origins of the traditional dishes and the stories behind them.
The Hotel includes the Half- Board and Full-Board formula together with à la carte service. Meals are served and drinks are not included.
