Please, complete clearly each part of the booking form and sign it; the booking form is subject to the Hotel administration’s expressed acceptance or it shall be invalid;
Each client must provide the Jonico Hotel with ID documents and personal data in conformity with the current laws;
The stay begins with the arrival’s check in and ends with the departure’s check out payment. Those clients who for whatever reason must interrupt their stay won’t be refund of the price of the days not availed; an eventual refund (no more than the 50% of the value of the stay not availed) could be requested in writing in case of serious accidents concerning domestic or health situations.
If the Alliste municipality demands the payment of the Tourist Tax for the season 2015, the Hotel will charge it to each guest.
In order to be accepted, the booking form must be accompanied by a receipt confirming the payment of a deposit of the 30% of the total amount of the stay; in case of INDIVIDUAL stay, the Hotel will receive the full payment of the stay at the check-out; in case of GROUP Tours, the Hotel must receive the full payment within 7 DAYS before the arrival. Anyway, booking is valid exclusively after the Hotel’s confirmation to the client; no deposit will be accepted without any previous written agreement between the Hotel and the client: in this case the e-mail correspondence attests it.
After the deposit is received, the booking office will send the client a voucher summarizing all data concerning the stay and the services booked; it must be showed to the Hotel at the check in. Any objection must be notified within 24h after the receiving of the voucher, if not the Hotel will consider it completely confirmed by the client without reserve.
For individual clients, in case of cancellation or change of date following the booking, the client (or the agency) will acknowledge the Hotel Jonico the payment of a cancellation penalty as follows:
Booking made through websites with NO REFUND formula can’t neither be modified nor cancelled.
NO SHOW means that the client isn’t arrived within 10 p.m. of the day of arrival (unless notice). In case of booking through websites, websites’ cancellation policies are valid.
